Passionate about the world of sports, I started my career in the fitness industry in 2002.


My journey began as a triathlete and mountain biker during my youth, paving the way for a semi-professional career. 

Along the way, I discovered a passion for strength training—it wasn’t just a sidekick to my endurance sports; it became a core part of who I am.

Eager to turn my passion into a profession, I took my first fitness course and dove headfirst into the industry. From there, my curiosity only grew. Personal training became my focus and I dedicated myself to learning everything I could about strength training and nutrition. For years, I clocked in 50–60 hours of client sessions weekly, building skills and connections one rep at a time.


After nearly a decade of hands-on training, I wanted to share my knowledge with other coaches. Since 2011, I’ve been designing fitness courses and sharing my expertise as a freelance teacher in Europe.

These days, my routine is all about staying active—whether I’m riding trails on my mountain bike, carving through snow on skis, or hitting the gym. Fitness isn’t just my career; it’s my way of life.

My mission now? Mentoring and inspiring the next wave of trainers. I’m passionate about helping others become the kind of coaches their clients will never forget.
